Refund and Returns Policy

At mentorapath.com, operated by Futurity Career Partners, we value your trust and are committed to being transparent about our policies.

Please read carefully:

1. General Policy

  • All purchases made on mentorapath.com are final.

  • We follow a No Refund / No Return policy once a product, service, or course has been purchased.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Exceptions — Situations Where Refunds/Returns May Apply

Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.

  2. Failed Transaction – If payment is deducted from your account but the service/product is not delivered or access is not granted.

  3. Technical Glitch from Our Side – If a digital course, e-book, or service is completely inaccessible due to a fault on our end, and we are unable to provide a resolution within [7] business days.

  4. Unauthorized Payment – If your payment details were used fraudulently without your consent (with valid proof).

  5. Incorrect Product Delivery (for physical products, if applicable) – If we mistakenly deliver the wrong item and cannot correct it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds/returns will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Non-usage or non-completion of a purchased course/service.

  • Discounted or promotional products/services.

  • Failure to meet technical requirements on your device (unless proven to be caused by our system).

  • Any request made beyond [7 working days] of purchase.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must:

  1. Email us at info@mentorapath.com with proof of payment.

  2. Provide order details and the reason for your request.

  3. Allow up to [7–14 business days] for us to review and process your request.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
